		<description>1.) What is more important is to release the negative emotions out of something that happened to you but keep the learnings.  As easy as that.

2.) What would happen if we never forgive? We would all run around with bags of negative emotions, accummulated over a lifetime. Does this make sense?  Not at all. again, it is the learning that counts.</description>
